-- one should avoid spamming because it violate the 5 etiquettes. Spamming is sending unimportant letters to the recipient.

-- one should establish a smooth relationship with the reader of the letter by observing he tone used in the letter. It should maintain a friendly and fare tone to avoid bad impression from the reader.

Advantages of Email:

* Simplicity --> Email is simple because when you resort on Email, you don't need to have it hands on messenger nor go to the Pose office. It is simple, for you don't need make a hard copy and you just need to type it on your computer and click the sending button and done.

* Connection and follow-up --> it is advantages to the sender and receiver. For the sender itself, it's very beneficial because the connection is easy, you can see computers everywhere now, you can send a follow-up letter easily and you can check your Email even your in a Remote area or any place other than your office or house.


Disadvantages of Email:

* Respectability--> it is disadvantages because when you write a letter through Email, it is obviously informal and show less respect to the sender. Email is inappropriate on sending important letter to important person. so, even Email is widely used today, you can still can't abandon the traditional way of letter writing.


* Reliability --> you can't fully rely on Email because of technical error, it may encounter you the process you tranfering letter to the receiver like network defects for example or any technical error the computer may have.

blogging approach

This blogging is really important for us as a student because it can help us to be more creative by making a blog. This also help us to engage ourselves to be more well in blogging. This also develop our knowledge as a student in writing something. By this i can easily post the things that i want to post so that lots of people can read or see my blog.

What are your reactions to blogging approach of instruction?

I could say that blogging approach of instruction is very helpful to us students. We are learning our subject at the same time we also learn more abot blogging. For me, this is a modernized way of teaching the students. This is a good thing though for students should be accompanied with proper instructions and guidance. I can say that this really is a very good thing.

Reaction to/ insight on the subject business correspondence

The subject business correspondence, for me, is a tool which would help me know more of business and other related concerns. From this subject I know that I will get a lot of learnings that would be of great help for me in the future. For me, taking up this subject is indeed necessary. The things that we will know from this subject is very much applicate in the future.

Blogging Approach

Nowadays, it is important for us, students, to be involved in any computer activities.
My reaction to blogging as an approach to instruction in our subject is that, it is indeed very helpful to us, especially in involving ourselves to this activity. Through this blogging approach, we learned new things such as on how t make a blog, and many other things. This blogging approach helps us relates our inerests into the business world, and it encourages us to think, analyze, and to be more creative everytime we will make postings, develops our knowledge in terms of vocabularies and at the same time it helps us find new friends.
Even if we had a hard time, when we are making this blog, because it is really new to us and we don't have any background, we still made it, and now we are so confident making a posts and sharing our interests to others!

Reaction or insight to Business Correspondence

Our Business Correspondence subject is very important to us, as a students.
Even if it is not an easy subject, I liked it because I know that through this subject I can learn more about everything in the business world, especially that it has more on writing a business letter.
Actually, almost all of us still do not know how to write a correct business letters but I know that by going through this subject we can make an effective business writings, specially that our teacher gives us many excercises in order for us to have an effective practice on how to write an effective business letter.
And even sometimes, it is hard for us to cope up to the excercises, we still find a way to make it, because we know that this is for us, and we can use this learnings in the near future.

Reaction on Business Correspondence

Business Correspondence matters about Business Communication from one entity to another. In short, it deals with Business.

I find it hard but somehow, I got the point our teacher, she wanted us to familiarize and learned something in regards with business because someday, we are all facing and struggling for our future life. It is really a big help for us especially it is related to our course w/c is BS in Accountancy.

Even it is hard sometimes and made us very busy, but still, I'm very grateful because it gave us an idea on how we manage, prepare and deal w/ other in the future because now-a-days business activities are not confined to any one area or locality. The businessmen as well as customers are scattered throughout the country. Thus, there is a need to maintain proper relationship among them by using appropriate means of communication.

Here business letters play an important role. This helps them to carry on business on national and international basis. So, Business Correspondence help us to communicate business outside or inside the country. So, it play an important role to us as a students.

Blogging Approach

Blogging Approach is a way of enhancing our knowledge about business using technology because nowadays, most businessman deals their business through technologies, so, it is really a big help for us to have a knowledge in making a blog.

Before, we don't have any background about blogging but now, I am exactly sure that I am more confident to face a business using technology than before. And it is our practice for now, to improve our skills for the coming future.

The essence of this blogging is to communicate business wherever we are. It helps me learn: every topic I post on, someone will add additional thoughts in the comments, so more is gleaned than just me mouthing off. To me this is a career blog, a blog that will move with me from job to job, someday.

Blogging is a great way to keep in touch with your prospects. People like to see new and updated content when they are looking into an opportunity or business.

My Interest

My primary interests are basketball playing and dancing. Basketball playing is a hobby of mine when I was still younger and until now. Actually, what inspires me to indulge myself in this kind of game are my friends and my father. I find this game fun and a way to bond with my friends.

Dancing on the one hand is an interest of mine which started when I was still in high school. One of my teachers is the one who inspired me to learn and enjoy dancing.

Now, these two interests of mine is also my way of enjoying life more.

",)..Well,I am very much interested listening to music,I am having so much fun w/ myself, it is because music rocking my world...

",) ....Anyone can have an interest in music, whatever their age or sex. There is no need to specially musical, and no particular skills are needed. just enough time to sit and listen to what interests you.

........There is something in music that made my day and life so meaningful. If you try to listened the music well, you simply say "how meaningful and powerful the music is" , it may help you to ease the pain inside and forget your problem for a while.

........Everytime when I'm alone and nothing to do with, I just open our Component and listened to the music and do a simple step,then I found out that I already dancing. Maybe, if someone saw me, think that I am crazy, but it just so happened that I really love Listening music...
